Hydroseeded Lawn Care

Hydroseeding is a process of establishing a lawn where a mixture is spray on the surface of the dirt of a prepared soil area for a lawn. The mixture is generally made up of a paper mache type green substance that is combined with grass seed, fertilizer, and various other compounds. It is pretty receptive and effective to normal environmental conditions, but you want to avoid heavy traffic when doing hydroseeded lawn care. The hydroseeded grass is also going to need quite a bit of water in the beginning and you don’t want to mow it for a while. After it gets a decent amount of time to grow and you do mow it make sure to avoid scalping the grass. It can cause it to die and totally negate your investment. You will not want to try and get rid of the mache substance from your new lawn - just let it disintegrate.
