Getting rid of your fear of driving
We all are prone to different fears some though can be inconveniencing such as the fear of driving. While it may make you dependent on public transport and others with cars there comes a time when you can no longer rely on it. The first step is gathering courage to face this fear and continually affirm that you can and will learn how to drive. This conditions your mind to accept driving. Then you need to understand the roots of the fear either through therapy or by practicing it. You will need a patient instructor to impart the skills and deal with the fears you face.
Once you have the skills you are almost there, you need to continually practice while repeating reassurances and celebrating milestones. Confidence in driving is gained by dealing with the situations we face and by deriving importance from it. Rely on the fact that it is just a fear which can be overcome. Never let the anything take over your life because you can learn how to overcome fear of driving.
